I have been using these for my twins. They are in a size 4 during the day, but I put them in a size 5 overnight diaper when they go to bed. These seem to work pretty well, but we have had a few accidents. Overall, I think they work well.

Perfect for my son, he would sometimes wake up wet with a regular diaper on but never with the overnights. A must have for any little one with sensitive skin, very absorbant!
