Stale bags ??

I bought these and usually buy them but the last box I got had several bags that were stale, don’t know what happened but I don’t know if I can keep buying them anymore because of that..

Half Full

Issue witht he PLC? Bags were half full weighing less than one ounce. Bags are suppose to be 1.5 ounces.....
