Works great

We have had this for about 3 weeks and so far its been great. Our old vacuum would get stuck almost daily, and this has only gotten stuck once. The mapping works great, but the feature to block areas doesnt appear to work on this model.

Stopped working after three weeks.

I was ready to marry this piece of equipment in the first three weeks. It broke after three weeks. Called shark on August 18th. They told me to ship to them and get a replacement. It has been a month and numerous phone calls. They are so sorry, etc etc but the machine has not been replaced. To be clear LIDAR on top stopped working after 3 weeks.

DO NOT BUY ANY SHARK PRODUCTS

I have the earlier model of this one. Bought on 10/10/2021 and the unit won't connect to the wifi and won't work anymore at all. Less than two years old. Absolutely way too expensive to not work this soon. I have a roomba I bought in 2008 that would still work if I purchased a new battery. Shark support and customer service is atrocious. DO NOT BUY!

Purchased one year ago. Worked great but the wires are inside of the unit and one of them got caught on the wheel because they aren't secured for some reason. I have a manufacturer's warranty. We'll see if they tell me to buy a whole new unit or not.

very upset

We bought this unit maybe a year ago eight months using it. It stopped working gave us errors. There is nothing that we could do. We called the technical service and they sent us a replacement. Two months after they sent that replacement I had to call because replacement just wasn’t working but just stopped in the middle of the floor I called this is January 11 I called February 20 and they had told me at shark that the replacement second replacement had been canceled. Didn’t know why they were going to waive the shipping fee sending me out a new one and it would take four weeks I paid over $600 for this unit very unhappy. I want Sam’s to know how horrible this company is and please stop selling the product. This vacuum sucked but not in a good way.

Buyer beware

I've literally had issues with this vacuum since day 1! The first day it didn't want to connect to the app deleted it reset it finally got it working after the 3rd time. It only ran twice and the two clips you push in to empty the dirt bin on the vacuum itself broke! I hadn't even had it a month at that point. Called shark for their customer service to be told it was a wear item. Who designs an item to wear out that quickly. I finally got a replacement after taking to a director yay. Well guess what the new replacement has the same issues! You push those tabs in and they'll be stuck. After that I've constantly gotten cliff sensor errors and they want me to take the entire robot apart to replace them. I'm not an engineer or a mechanic I looked into the job and it's not like popping a battery in and out. Numerous wires and plugs plus compartments that come off and getting into the computer side of it. It's just asking for a train wreck. Don't buy it. Buy the more expensive roomba they at least stand by their product and customer service is better!
