I don't recommend. Most zero sugar sodas are okay, but this left an aftertaste that did not appeal to me. Really, root beer needs sugar. This tastes syrupy and the artificial sweetener they use gives off an aftertaste that also coats your teeth with a weird filmy like layer.

The favorite of the diabetic papa in my house. Cans are easier for get togethers and for managing intake and sugar control. Pairs well with popcorn, smooth velvety bubbles - if you’ve got a craving for root beer and don’t want the full sugar leaded version, this will sate it:)

I absolutely love A%26W Root Beer Zero Sugar! Anytime I can get a soft drink that tastes like the original vs. diet, zero sugar I will move that one up in my favorites list. This is one of those pops that to me would fall under my “comfort foods/drinks” list because it still tastes like the Root Beer you could get at the A%26W fast food. Nothing like an A%26W root beer float with a chili cheese dog and fries!

this a%26w no sugar root beer is the only pop i really like the taste of. the price of 12 packs are getting rather expensive. before covid they were $5 %26 $6 for a 24 pack, now some places want $10-$11 for a 12 pack, so i don't drink it as much as i use to.

Summer in a can! Tastes great, like soda shop mug rootbeer. This is one of the best rootbeers on the market, even better that its sugar free. The other sugar free or diet rootbeers are bland, flat, and often have a chemical and/or aftertaste and really fall short - you can't tell this is sugar free.

This is one of the best zero sugar sodas I’ve tried. It still has that classic A%26W root beer flavor, smooth, creamy, and a little vanilla-like, without tasting watered down or artificial. It’s a great option when you want something sweet without the sugar, and it’s just as satisfying as the original. Definitely a favorite.

These are the tastiest of all the diet drinks. It tastes the least diet, particularly if it’s very cold. Aa a diet drink I rate it a five against other diet drinks. As good as it tastes, it still doesn’t taste as good as a regular soda, so I would say I’d rate it a four against regular sodas. It makes diet soda taste more like a dessert. One thing I am learning in this new world of zero sugar treats is that sugar alcohol can cause stomach upset and I’m finding it is definitely the case with me. I’d advise drinking them as a treat and not as your primary beverage, at least not until you know how your own digestive system reacts to them . I’d say the same of all the other zero sugar products I’ve tried.. My experience has been that they are yummy, but come at a small price.

This has been on sale at $5 a 12 pack and I think that’s a very good deal these days . I am 60 and A%26W root beer has always been a favorite. When I was a kid, it was such a treat to go to the A%26W restaurant and get to eat at drive-in. Nostalgia. The root beer tastes wonderful. Sometimes I add sugar free ice cream. Mmmm! The reason I gave it two stars for taste is I was a little surprised that I didn’t have more flavor but then again I had to remind myself. This is a diet soda, not regular. That is why the other marks got a little bit higher definitely worth the money I spent on this.
