[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the A&W Root Beer Zero Sugar and wasn't really impressed. To me, It tasted more like cream soda that root beer. For those who are diabetic but like root beer, this may or may not hit the mark. The taste wasn't bad, but root beer, especially A&W Root Beer has a classic taste that really shouldn't be tampered with. For those who don't have a choice and have to drink zero sugar soda, this is for you, but I love the classic A&W flavor and the zero sugar is just not for me.

This product has just the right bite, sweetness and overall good taste of anything I drink. Well, this is about all I drink except the occasional glass of tea. Sometimes it is hard to find. I haven't seen the Ten at all. I am diabetic so thanks for providing this in Diet form with no caffeine.

There is too much carbonation in this drink. The taste is great but is much better after some of the carbonation is reduced by shaking the bottle...I do that all the time. I drink a lot of this product in the plastic bottles but shake if first before drinking.

HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FAVORED A SODA UNTIL I HAD MY FIRST A&W DIET ROOTBEER. YOUR NEW FORMULA ZERO SUGAR IS AN ABSOLUTE ZERO PRODUCT. ZERO FLAVOR, ZERO ZEST AND ZERO VANILLA. WHY WOULD YOU CHANGE A WINNING FORMULA??? PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL DIET ROOTBEER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Zero sugar Root Beer pretty much has the same taste to me. I didn't notice much of a difference. I already drink diet A&W and I it. Happy that there is another choice for us that choose to avoid sugar.

I have tried many root beers from name brand to craft to homemade but I keep coming back to A&W. The diet taste just like the regular, which I find to be rare. Keep doing what you’re doing and I will keep drinking the best root beer on earth. Thank you A&W.

AMAZINGLY GOOD TASTE! I tried it because it was on sale, I absolutely love how this sugar-free soda taste so good! I have a friend that's a diabetic, he usually hates all diet sodas, but when I offered him a can to try, he too was impressed with NO FUNKY AFTERTASTE. The carbonation was great, the taste was great, and I can't wait to get more. Because I don't drink soda often, I'll probably buy some smaller bottles, because they have screw tops and will hold the carbonation. But I am DEFINITELY going to continue to purchase and love this soda.

I have been drinking diet A&W for years. I love it. I just bought the zero and it tastes just like all of the other gross diet sodas. I hope I can find the old diet. Otherwise I’ll stop buying it .I’ve read reviews on this and the company says they haven’t changed it but that cannot be true. The taste is very different.

The taste of zero sugar A%26W Root Beer reminds me of my childhood days at the A%26W burger place where you could sit at the counter and get a soda from the fountain and a big juicy burger. Despite having no sugar, this A%26W Root Beer has the classic taste and creamy texture of the best root beer out there!

I've been drinking A&W for 60 years, that's how much I love it. As a type II diabetic i've been drinking the ZERO SUGAR version and find it comporable to the original, no significant after-taste. My only problem is that in my area the ZERO SUGAR is only available in 2 liter bottles, which tends to go flat over the two to three days it takes to finish it off. If you can offer a one liter version it would be greatly appreciated.
