Bought two pairs, size 38-30. One pair was measured 36-30 and second was right sized. My wife was able to let out the smaller pair to where they fit OK. Obviously no Quality Control. Also, there is no stretch in this fabric, don't expect that. Overall, good everyday pants from a company that thinks size is a wild axx guess and stretch means that it bends or folds..

Like the other review, I can confirm there is little to no flex in the waist band (the label says "Premium Flex Waistband". The fit is more slim than straight, and the waist is tighter than usual. Overall, it's a decent quality, but a major ding for misleading label.

The best fit pants for work.

Nice looking pants. My husband had to size up to a 38 x 34. He’s 6’4” and weighs 218. They don’t give much in the waist band, although they are advertised to do so. For the price, it’s a great deal.

The description of these slacks state "Premium flex provides an additional stretch of up to 2" on the waistband." The pair I received has no stretch at all.

I just recieved two pair of these pants and I am disappointed that the description contains incorrect information upon which I decided to purchase. The pants are described as having 2" of stretch in the waist. They do not. They actually have zero stretch in the waist. Therefore, I am returning them.

I bought the dress pants in khaki color and really like them. They fit comfortably, and the material feels quality. I had to dress up for a retirement party. These fit the bill perfectly. I would buy the black color in a minute if I needed another pair. Thankfully i don't dress formal very often.

Happy with my purchase. First upside in the price, the price point is great The material is thin but as I live in socal they are light and breathable. This is a great pant for someone who wears slacks as every day wear and even outside of work. I recently took them on vacation in hot weather and they held up well.

I bought these as work pants, as a math professor, so that's kind of light duty. They are very nice for the price. Others have said they don't stretch. Oddly enough, they did not at first (like, at all!), but now that I have worn them three months, at some point they did start to give maybe a cm or two in the waist, which is very nice. (Still, be honest and don't buy on the small end for your size.) They are very thin, and probably not anything you want to wear to do much manual labor where they might get scraped and torn or really stretched, but for my purposes they have held up well, being worn 1-2 times/week, for lectures, office hours, and light housework during lunch breaks. I haven't had to sweat much in them, but so far they have cleaned nicely with simple All Clear liquid soap in cold water. (A synthetic-fiber sportswear detergent might be necessary if you sweat in them a lot and get that synthetic stink, but I haven't had that issue so far.) They breathe reasonably, and keep their color well.
