All products have been excellent in quality, delivered on time, in pristine condition. Love shopping online, especially for those things I forget.

Fast shipping, well packed, fresh and tasty large pecans. But not nearly three pounds of pecans. See attached photo of unopened tin.

Disappointed in amount of pecans in tin. I went to the Heaton website and thought this was the 3 pound tin--NO WAY. Not even with the tin and insert. The weight of the pecans is about 29 oz.

I bought these and they were delivered very quickly. But....They were so stale they were mushy. Tasteless. I buy pecans all the time, especially the praline ones. These were not good at all. I was so disappointed

Melted blob; big mess. These were delivered from a FedEx truck that apparently has no air-conditioner in this 100 heat! Content it like this, now I have to drive 30 minutes to Sam's to return it.

Product description >Pecans, Chocolate-Covered, Oven Roasted/ Salted, and Praline. Inside a round metal canister that is packaged in a square cardboard box. I bought 6 for Christmas gifts. $36.98 each. I wrapped up each cardboard box and gave them to friends as gifts. A week later, I find out that inside the cardboard boxes were rectangular canisters with only chocolate covered pecans. What the heck happened? The gifts were given in Florida, Texas, California, and Mexico. I can't return them to my nearest Sam's Club for a refund. $37 x 6 = $222 + tax.

I don't know how this Company gets away with not listing the Tare, or Net, weight of just the product. I bought the 4.2 lb Chocolate Covered Pecans. After I weighed, the Net product weight was just at 3 lbs. I called them and they said that 4.2 lbs includes the tin and packing. I believe there are Federal, if not State laws in place that state a manufacturer must list product net weight. This is criminal misrepresentation and should be reported to authorities.
