arrived with tops that don't function

Arrived with one top that will not open and one that opens erratically. As far as I can tell replacement tops aren't available so my rating of 1 is a strong "do not buy"

Lids have bad design

We really loved these bottles but the O-ring that snaps the lid top up and down has broken on both bottles we bought. We've only had for about 7 months. I have sent a message hoping we can fix them, if not will definitely not buy this brand again.
