Sorry probably worst item I bought from Sam's. I was fooled by the Omiga 3, but when opened the bag and saw that sweet chocolate made up more than the expected healthy nuts and seeds.

Tasted good but very, very sweet. Drove my morning glucose numbers very high.

The dried fruits are my favorite. The walnuts and dark chocolate are good too.
