Sorry probably worst item I bought from Sam's. I was fooled by the Omiga 3, but when opened the bag and saw that sweet chocolate made up more than the expected healthy nuts and seeds.

The dried fruits are my favorite. The walnuts and dark chocolate are good too.

Love it, great flavors. The only thing i don't like is the green seeds.
