Provided as a gift. No problems with using the gift card

Don't buy this card was a gift for my daughter… first purchase was declined due to fraud. Called the horrible customer service they said it was flagged due to fraud I told them this was our first purchase but they put the card on hold anyway and said they would send out another. Now we wait 7 to 10 business days for what… because we used it and now we can't. Don't get me started on the incompetent customer service. Waste of my time and waste of money. DONT PURCHASE THIS CARD!!!!

I bought two of these gift cards and when my granddaughters tried to use them they did not work. I hope I did not lose $400.00. Gift cards were not activated. Ordered them on line.

I purchased this gift card and it never gave any info on it, i had nothing but really good intentions for this gift card and many others. I hope nobody doesnt have the same issue with this. Can someone plz help me figure this out, as one of many of these nice people who risk everything, they volenteer & put their lives in danger for thier countries.
