I have used this for pain and fever for my 6 year old. It helped keeps his fever at a manageable level. He wasn't a fan of the taste and texture of the liquid. I was happy with its effectiveness so now we use the Motrin chewables.

My kid is the biggest anti medicine kid I've ever seen. With that said he volunteers to take this one.
