We had bentgo lunch boxes for about a year and they have been used by my boys almost daily. This is a very high quality lunchbox, we have never experiences spills or leaks even with messy food, my boys loved different compartments which made them eat more variety of foods for lunch, easy to open/close, my 3 year old had no problems with doing it by himself.

This box was phenomenal however after using it for awhile we noticed the top of the bentgo on the inside was starting to get damaged great product just something to be aware of I did reach out to customer service and they were extremely helpful I would definitely recommend bentgo and will continue to use their products

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Bentgo Fresh container for the first time last night and I have to say that the design is amazing. First of all, this is the most heavy duty plastic container that I have EVER owned. There are several divided sections to separate your food, so everything stays in place. The lid has a rubber seal that lines each divided section so everything closes tight, doesn't leak or bleed through to the next section and stays fresh. This is a very sturdy food container that I imagine will last a long time. I would definitely recommend this bowl to those of you who prep your lunches!

I bought one of these for each of my 3 kids and just love the product. It’s easy to wash in the dishwasher, keeps soups from spilling with it’s seal, and keeps all compartments separate. My kids actually enjoy seeing what’s inside each day. It reduces my waste of plastic bags and the school helpers don’t throw it away like they did my Tupperware containers. My favorite thing about these though is the customer service. One of my 3 products broke and I called them because I heard that they have a 2 year warranty on their products. They made getting a replacement one an absolute breeze. As a busy working mom, that won my loyalty even more. Just order it, I promise you won’t regret it.

Our daughter is now 7 and has been using Bentgo Kids boxes since she was 3. We use the box literally every day for packing her school lunch during the week and snacks/lunch on weekends. She likes a variety of food in one sitting and this box is perfect with its different compartments that keep everything separate. It stores all food extremely well with the exception of red spaghetti sauce. We use a different container for that because the tomato seems to stain the inner seal of the Bentgo and it’s hard, near impossible to wash out. But tilt them sideways, jostle them around, these boxes never leak and each food remains in its compartment. The quality of the plastic is excellent, smooth to the touch. The rubber trim on the outside is great for holding the box in place on a table or when sitting with it on your lap. If there’s not enough space to eat with the top flipped open, you can just pop the food tray out. That having been said, she is now on her third box, soon to be fourth. So they do eventually need to be retired. And they are not the cheapest box on the market. But in my experience Bentgo honors their 2-year warranty, as long as you can provide documentation for the purchase and the problem. I was surprised to read that others unfortunately have not had the same smooth experience with this process. We had a latch break on one after 23 months and mildew develop along an inside compartment seal of another. The first was replaced even at 23 months, and the other is currently being replaced, so with the replacements maybe it would be more correct to say we are on our “second” box. My daughter’s father initially balked at the price. But between the box’s durability, ease of use, and Bentgo honoring their replacement policy, even he feels they are very worth the price and would recommend them. She may need a bigger box next year. When she does, I will definitely take be taking a close look at Bentgo’s other products and the reviews.

I purchased the entire rainbow and butterflies matching set for my daughter at the beginning of the school year. She loves pink and mama loved that this set, while pink, included a variety of colors mixed in so that it still compliments her many school looks. The lunch box has been used everyday since the start of school and still looks great. The inner latch lip that locks the clasp did break off recently on one side however the customer service staff has been great in getting me an exchange. Regardless I love how this box seals all the food items sauces or otherwise and keeps them cool until time to eat. Would definitely recommend!

We have been using Bentgo kids lunchboxes for 6 years now and we continue to love them! My kids use them daily for school, as well as for their long gymnastics and dance practices. They have proven to be extremely durable over the years, and it wasn’t until recently that we had the misfortune of 2 of them cracking where the latches attach. Bentgo Customer Service was quick to respond and will be sending out replacements soon. Thanks Bentgo!

The Bentgo boxes are a game changer for my family. They’re simple to clean and the separate compartments allow my children not have to worry about opening any packages. Also, customer service is always helpful and ready to answer questions or handle inquiries.

We love all bentgo products. Have used for years. They don’t leak, fit a good amount of food and are very easy to clean. My only complaint would be the removable divider. My kiddo lost theirs and Bentgo does not sell them separately. They have offered to send me one and they are normally covered under their warranty but I would like to suggest they sell them separately, I am happy to purchase one. We will continue to use their products as they are high quality and they stand by their warranty. They stand behind their warranty.

I bought my bentgo for my daughter last July from Kroger. It did get mold that I wasn’t able to get out. I contacted customer service and they just asked for a picture of the mold, a picture of the receipt, and for my address. I received a new box 2 days after they told me they were sending it! Fabulous costumer service! This box works so well for my almost 2 year old for her daycare lunches! Will definitely be a returning customer!
