I bought this product for son and he loves it! No spill and easy to clean. Unfortunately, after usibg it for a year, I noticed some black spots on the lid. Good thing it was still under warranty and the customer representative was happy to replace it.

My son loves the print and makes lunch super fun! After about 6 months in, our silicone started to disintegrate and get into the food. I contacted customer service right away and they were friendly and helpful. Replaced my item. So I am very happy with the product, and also with how the company stands behind their products!

I bought two pack of these for my two kids in daycare a year ago. They have worked perfectly for our needs, although on the fresh ones our day care provider has lost the insert/divider on both our boxes which is a pain, but not Bentgo’s fault. In fact I reached out to them when it happened and they send me two dividers for free! Daycare has since lost those but I haven’t reached out again since I’m sure they will just continue to lose them. However I reached out this week because the one kids lunchbox latch broke. I figured they wouldn’t be able to do anything, but they immediately responded that a replacement is on its way to me. I was shocked as I purchased this product just over a year ago. You have just secured a customer for life! When these boxes are worn out I will be buying them again! As for functionality I love both boxes for different reasons. I love that I can add ranch dressing for my kids veggies right to the kids one and the bigger spots are nice for larger fruit in the fresh box. I fill both up on Sunday so Monday and Tuesday lunches are covered but I may just purchase a couple more so I can prep more lunches and make our evenings a little less hectic. Thanks for providing an awesome product and standing behind it! Signed a tired mom who loves when products make my life easier!

We love our bentgo lunchbox! My 5 year old takes this to school everyday. The compartments are helpful when packing a balanced lunch for her. She loves the fun design on it and gets excited for lunch. The lunchbox is easy for her to open/close. We’ve had no issues with leaks. This is a well-made, durable lunchbox.

This product is the holy grail of all lunch boxes for my brother. He is on the spectrum and I was having trouble getting him to actually eat food at school. He’s very picky with how his food is maintained (food items not touching, temperatures being up to par) and this lunch box was great assistance for that as it met his standards and he is now coming home with near empty lunch boxes :) definitely recommend!

I bought this over a year ago and have been using it often! I got the ice packs and have been using them together- especially in the summer. I like that the different compartments help me to get creative with her choices and remind me to include a variety of different food groups.

I bought this lunch box for my son when he started Pre-K and I’ve enjoyed packing lunches for him. It helps me give him a variety and also sneak in some healthy food along with his favorites. I bought two lunchboxes for my two little cousins who are going to school soon, and they love it! The colorful packaging is very kid-friendly, and the leak-proof technology on the top of the lid is helpful for keeping the food in place. It is a study lunchbox so you will not have any spills.

We have had this for about a year now and it's easy for my kids to pack their own lunches because they use the compartments as a guide for healthy food choices. Entree, fruit, veggie, something crispy, and usually use the middle circle for cut up cheese. I know my preschoolers teachers appreciate not having to help open lunch "things" everyday too. The only issue we have had is the rubber seal getting mold on it, don't forget it in a backpack. Customer service has been easy to work with in resolving the issue.

Our bentgo boxes are well loved by my son and myself! So when an issue arose with one of our bentgo boxes. I reached to bentgo to see if anything could be done. They offer to send us a new bentgo replacement with a verification of purchase. I explained to them that I had lost my receipt from August 2022 and they are replacing our bentgo box for us anyways as a courtesy!! Best customer service!!
