I cannot drink regular milk. It gives me a terrible stomach ache. I decided to try lactaid and this has fit all my needs. It has helped with my gut health and it actually tastes good. The expired date lasts much longer than regular too so that is a bonus. It comes in an easy to pour carton.

This is one of my favorite lactose free milks on the market. It’s a delicious substitute and tastes exactly like the real thing without upsetting my stomach . I use it for baking , cooking and in my coffee. It had a much better price point compared to other lactose free mills as well. Will definitely continue to purchase this one in the future .

I LOVE lactaid milk! It tastes amazing and is so creamy and smooth. It’s my go-to milk since I can’t have lactose milk. Everyone I’ve given it to cannot taste the difference between this and regular milk. The price is fair for what it is and the packaging is super easy to open and store.

Lactaid's 2% milk is an excellent alternative to regular milk. There is nothing about its flavor that would indicate that it's lactose-free. The flavor might be considered slightly on the sweeter side too. The only downside is that it's often pricier than regular milk.

My kids were lactose intolerant and this is what they drank at 1yrs. Old. It was so much better on their digestion! It taste just like regular milk too so the whole household used it as well. We eventually gradually transferred to regular milk because it was cheeper and a lot of foods have regular milk in ingredients so I wanted them to be able to digest it as easily as Lactaid and it really helped till they were about four years old. So highly recommend in my opinion!

I had to make the switch from regular milk. The hunt was on and I tried several brands and when I tried Lactaid, I never tried another Lactose Free milk! Love the taste in my coffee, cereal, and alone! I can't tell the difference from regular milk which was important to me and my family!

I switched to this from almond milk. No stomach issues and it tastes like regular milk. I have been enjoying having it in a one quart size, finding that easier to handle than the Half gallon. I can also use this in baking as it's very, very close to whole milk.
