I have used the milk and the tablets for several years. It really is effective. I recently told my brother and his wife about Lactaid . They are using the product now. When I go out, I can have my cheesecake!

This product is grreat. Growing up with a family member who was lactose intolerant was difficult initially. Lactaid taste like regular milk and was a staple growing up. Get this milk if you are lactose intolerant or sensitive.

My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and there’s been times when my milk has ran out so i use his and it is very good! There’s no awful or weird taste it taste just like my normal milk that’s not lactose

It is a 100% lactosa free. We enjoy our cereal and other foods without having to worry about it upsetting our stomachs. It taste just like "regular" milk, this taste actually better and is tastier and doesn’t make me feel sick. Worth the price.

Finally a product that will make me feel like I will explode from the inside. It is pricey which I don't like, if you were more competitive with regular milk brands then I would probably purchase it more often

This is a delicious milk that has the lactose removed. It helps so you don’t get stomach upset from consuming lactose. Some people have issues with this.

I am in love with this lactose free milk! It doesn't cause any discomfort and the taste is like normal milk. The packaging is awesome and easy to use and theres nothing to improve about it. It has great flavor also. I would recommend it to everyone

This milk taste really good and it has more of an organic taste. I personally drink this milk because of it’s taste as it has more of an organic taste and it taste more fresh than other milk to me and i highly recommend this.

Lactaid is a decent brand. I'm not the biggest fan of certain additives, but it is the more affordable lactose free milks out there. I would say read the ingredients.
