My brother uses lactaid as he is lactose intolerant and says it has tastes good and is a really good replacement for regular milk. It keeps the nutritional value which I like the best.

lactaid is my go to milk. it's very flavorful. i'm sensitive to dairy so this is a great alternative. i really enjoy using this in all my food and even drinking it by itself!

Being lactose intolerant, I have a hard time finding milk that I enjoy. This milk is ok. I prefer almond milks instead because they have more of a rich flavor. The price is a bit over what I like to spend as well.
