Lactaid it a most in my household for my hubby he is a lactose intolerance and only drinks Lactaid, he enjoys it on his cereal, coffee, and hot chocolate. Its easy for him to digest with out the worries of getting diarrhea or upset stomach.

My lactose intolerant teenager loves this milk. It’s her favorite 2% milk above all other ones. I highly recommend for lactose intolerant individuals.

The only person in my family who didn’t turn their nose up at this milk was my 1 year old son. It is fine for using in cooking for some things but not great for cereal or drinking.

Lactaid is great ! Especially if you’re lactose intolerant. Takes like regular milk because it is. Great for cooking, baking, drinking and dipping your chocolate chip cookies into. Would highly recommend a try if you haven’t.

I have to say this is way better than regular milk and I don't get sick from it. When I found out I was lactose intolerant I had to give up my regular milk and switched to this. I love this brand soooooo good.

Good for those that are lactose intolerant, but the low fat one sometimes feels a bit too watered down. I prefer this brand mixed in with a more rich flavored cereal, but not too interested in drinking it on its own.

The taste and texture of this milk is really good and the effectiveness of this milk really works for those are lactose intolerant. The price is up there as well but worth every penny.

I think there are better alternatives to regular milk than this. It has a distinct taste that is not for me. Other brands I can’t tell the difference between regular milk and it tastes good but this one is not great.

I enjoy this milk alternative. It's a little pricey but it gives you the classic feeling of milk without the yucky feeling after. I finally had milk and cookies for the first time in 10 years thanks to lactaid.
