Lactaid is the only milk that I consume. It's lactose free so it doesn't upset my stomach. It also doesn't spoil as quickly as other milk brands and as quickly as whole milk. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend lactaid milk.

You probably wouldn’t WANT to need lactaid milk, but if you need it, it serves its purpose and has a way longer shelf life. Never disappointed, solid substitute.

I was skeptical switching from classic 2% but I am so glad I did, this taste amazing and I can enjoy my morning cereal or milk with a big piece of cake without the stomach trouble

When I found out I was lactose intolerant I tried the almond milks and oat milks. This was the best switch hands down. I love cereal and this is the real deal

I’m Asian. Like most, I am also lactose intolerant. This is the only milk I have been able to enjoy for years that isn’t nut milk. It is more expensive than regular dairy milk but worth the cost for everyone’s comfort.

When I was diagnosed lactose intolerant I experimented with many lactose intolerant milks and this was one of the few that I like and was close to real milk.

My daughter since newborn has had issues with whole milk. This is the only milk she likes which won’t mess up her stomach. Only thing I would change is the price! It goes by fast & if your buying at your local corner store it can get pricey.

We always have lactaid in my house. Its so much easier on our stomachs and tastes exactly like “regular” milk. I really have no complaints and would definitely recommend, especially if you are lactose intolerant!

This milk tastes great and does what it’s supposed to do - keep me from getting sick. I have found that I can purchase a different reputable brand for a bit cheaper.
