I’m lactose intolerant, I use this milk when cooking of when I like a glass of chocolate milk after a workout or milk with my Oreos. This doesn’t hurt me when consuming it and has zero bad effects of the food I use it to cook or bake with.

Great tasting milk. It has a long shelf life. I love milk with cereal but unfortunately I am lactose sensitive so that’s definitely gets the job done.

Great product use this milk for my kids because it doesn’t affect their stomachs. Both my kids have sensitive stomachs and lactaid tastes great and is easy for them to digest.

I’ve experienced sensitivity to dairy over the years and for awhile tried various lactose products. Simply put I did not enjoy the flavor and would prefer to go with out dairy than purchase this product.

Great for my toddler who had digestive issues. She loved the taste and very comparable to regular milk you couldn’t even tell the difference. Matched the color of regular milk so the blue it 2 percent and easy to figure out.

This is a great replacement option for real milk. It doesn’t have lactose and tastes just like real. You can drink it straight or use in recipes. Delicious
