You know that satisfying 'noise' you make when you drink a cold glass of beverage on a hot day? That's the sound you will make as you take your first sip of a cold glass of Lactaid 2% milk every time!!

It does my body good as far as digestibility if there is such a word. In other words I have been drinking it consistently and will as long as the taste doesn't change.

Lactaid milk tastes better/sweeter than regular milk. I use it in all of my recipes. I think it makes my food taste better. Tastes great straight too.

The doctor recommended that my husband and my son use Lactaid,. For a while, we bought both Lactaid and "regular 2% milk" but found it easier to stick with just the lactaid. I use it for cooking, and in my coffee. Tastes great.

We started buying Lactaid 2% milk for our son and decided we would all use it. we all love it, n now he seldom has gas problems. we would love to buy the ice cream, but can't find a store within a 50 mile radius that sells it.

changed to Lactaid when I found out that I could not drink regular milk and all my problems went away plus I like that it has a longer date before it expires.

I have used this product over ten years. I use it in my cereal, to bake cakes, even in my macaroni and cheese. I find it easy on my stomach. I would never go back to regular milk.
