I used to substitute this for milk back in high-school before singing competitions. Milk always made me flemmy and this definitely helped reduce that.

Honestly Lactaid tasted exactly like lactose milk, just without the lactose! I like being able to enjoy milk without feeling sick after. I use it as a complete subsistence for “regular” milk.

When my son was one and ready to switch to whole milk he was intolerant to regular dairy cows milk. We tried lactaid and it was perfect for him! The price was comparable to regular whole milk, it was just exactly what we needed!

We dont really go through milk very fast in my household so this milk is amazing. It doesn’t expire fast like other brands and and it’s totally delicious !

Tastes just like regular milk. I actually prefer lactaid over a regular milk. As someone who is dairy sensitive and like to cook a lot this is a great option.

I think there are better alternatives to regular milk than this. It has a distinct taste that is not for me. Other brands I can’t tell the difference between regular milk and it tastes good but this one is not great.

I have been an avid Lactaid user for over 20 years, since I was around 4 years old. While I can tolerate lactose, I find Lactaid to be a great substitute for cooking meals that use dairy, as well as for my morning coffee and breakfast cereal.

I have a sensitive stomach and milk gives me issues. This stuff is the best thing that I have found I recommend this to anyone with sensitivity to lactose

My husband can not drink milk but absolutely can have this! It taste like cream. I usually have it with my coffee in the morning!!!!! I would make those for coffee lovers!!!!
