This milk really helps with recipes that require milk sense I am lactose intolerant. It taste amazing and it taste a little sweeter but they add no extra sugar. I totally recommended this milk if you have lactose intolerant friends or you are lactose intolerant.

My husband is the one who drinks this type of milk and he didn't really care to much for it he says it taste more like water than milk. I'm not much of a fan either its more like sweet water with a alittle bit of milk to give it color. But it is alot less calories than the whole milk one though so there's that.

I really like Lactaid milk , the 2% tastes just as good as the whole one does. I had to switch to this for my Family because we found it's more sensitive to our needs and our gut. You always want the best for the well being of you and your family and this milk is just that. Highly recommend.

Lactaid taste just like regular milk, it's good to use in all your recipes that require milk. It's not watery, and you definitely won't miss milk once trying Lactaid. It comes in carton and plastic gallon jug. I usually do the jug as the price difference is not much. Occasionally I will get an upset stomach after drinking it- not sure why though but not always.

I love Lactaid, but I don't think I love it for the right reasons. I'm not lactose intolerant... so the fact that it's lactose free doesn't matter... what does matter is I don't drink milk often, so milk spoils fast in my home. BUT Lactaid takes a while to go bad, so I can keep it longer... and it tastes like normal cows milk, can't detect a difference.

Tastes just like regular milk my 16 year old says. Ive tried it as well abd you cant tell any differencewhich is wonderful becausewe use milk a lot in baking and cooking in our house. My daughter is extremelylactose intolerantand this is the obly lactose free milk she will drink.

This is a great Lactose free milk. It has a awesome taste and taste just like normal milk. It is easy to cook and bake with. It can be a little higher priced in some stores but it is so worth it. I would recommend this milk to anyone who needs lactose free milk..
