I am a milk drinker and this is my go for go. I drink alot so the fat intake isn't so bad and the taste is good. This one i buy when I can't find a specific Lactaid brand I am accustomed to. Its still good to milk with cereal, oatmeal or as a with protein or smoothies.

I just want to share my experience after using Lactaid Milk. My family and I had a lot of digestive problems after drinking “regular milk”. After trying Lactaid, my family and I do NOT have those problems. I felt so relieved and I had a thought that “Lactaid Is Fabulous”!

We drink Lactaid all the time, and I use the 2% in my tea, coffee, and soups. Once in a while I buy whole milk for the richness. Use the same as milk! They now have cottage cheese, ice cream, and some other cream products. Suggestion: Create more products for mail order once a year holiday specialties!

Whenever I drink normal milk I break out and have really bad stomach problems. This is a wonderful alternative that does not bother me at all. Does not taste any different from your everyday jug of milk, it just doesn't have the lactose ingredient in there.

This has been my lifesaver! I have dealt with lactose intolerance for over 5 years. I discovered the Lactaid pills and I keep them on me all the time. I was never a big fan of milk, but now that it doesn't get me sick, I love it. This milk has a great flavor, doesn't upset my stomach, tastes just like milk. I love it!

I am not lactose intolerant. I started drinking Lactaid milk originally because I found it lasts longer than other milk, both before it is opened and after it is opened. Before I started buying Lactaid, I would buy a carton of milk, and it would go bad before I finished it. Not a problem with Lactaid milk. However, I also found that I really like the flavor better than most 2% milks. I started using more and more milk in my cereal and even drinking a glass of milk from time to time. Now, I go through about twice as much milk as I used to, simply because I like Lactaid milk.

Everyone in our house is lactose intolerant. This milk is so good and creamy. There is no hint that it has been altered in any way. The taste is milk because it is milk. We will always purchase this milk and I recommend it to anyone who has a hard time digesting milk.

I use this to make fluffy scrambled eggs, to make gourmet hot chocolate (yes I know there is dairy in the chocolate), and any recipe that calls for milk  I am lactose intolerant and it's really so nice that when I need milk and not almond milk, I have a great option

Lactaid milk, don't come in a can, easy on the stomach, soft on the glands, easy to screw the cap off, then buckle down, your gonna have a hellava time pulling the seal off the rim...its now warm, from the struggle I've had, but worth the effort without further said. Challenge.. set a gallon in front of your eldest board member and request them to open and poor a glass...I'm sure a new way of sealing will be found.

My daughter almost 5 years old and still can get some diarrhea from milks. I tried everything, than finally I found this milk about a year ago. This is the only one she can drinks without any problem. …and she loves it. I drink it too and cooking with it.
