I am very lucky to not be sensitive to lactose, although, many of my family members are. Despite being sensitive to lactose, those family members insist on drinking lactose milk and want to make the rest of us suffer (if you know, you know). Once I convinced them for try this milk, they were hooked. It tastes the same as milk with lactose, and has the same benefits. Plus, there is no more stomach pain, and unwanted "smells" from drinking lactose. So a win all around! I drink this milk too even though I don't experience any sensitivity, and I love it.

Lactose does a real number on me, and without LACTAID I would have to practically abandon all milk products. Now I can have just about anyting I want with LACTAID products and tablets for those items containing even a smidgen of milk or milk derivative. It's great to feel "Normal" again and eat what I want when I want. I keep a couple of tablets with me in my purse or pocket at all times, so no more unexpected rush trips to the bathroom for me!

Along with Lactaid 1% fat milk, which I prefer for making lattes, this is the only brand of milk I have bought in years. I am not lactose intolerant. My two reasons for buying Lactaid milk are: - It tastes great. To my taste buds, it's perceptibly better tasting than any other brand. - Compared to "ordinary" milk, it has an incredibly long shelf life. I like that I have NEVER had to discard Lactaid milk because it has become sour. So how come I have never seen Lactaid Eggnog??? And why does this little window in which I'm typing think "Lactaid" is an incorrect spelling?

I'm not a milk drinker and haven't been for years due to my lactose intolerance but I do like to have cereal sometimes. Plus adding milk to my scrambled eggs brings the perfect amount of fluffiness to them so I'm glad I found a milk that easy on my stomach and tastes great.

If you like the taste of cow's milk, or can't drink alternative milk for reasons, but also want to avoid lactose, this is the best brand there is! It tastes just like the best milk there is, but won't ruin your day! It also stays fresh for a long time, so if you also don't drink it a lot or just use it for cooking or baking, the half gallon size can be kept around a while

I have been using lactaid 2% milk for a long tome with no problems. all of a sudden the product has undergone some changes. the addition of carageenan and guar gum are causing med to have G.I upsets. severs cramping and loose bowels and multiple movements ( 5 or 6 per day within a hour's time). there is precious little I can tolerate because of lactose intolerance. I can no longer use the product with the above ingredients added. I hope ypu will contimue to make the regular 2% milk without these products.

In my house me and my son are lactose intolerant and my daughter and husband are not!! So we have tried multiple different lactose free milks that were just not the same are regular milk then we tried Lactaid and its like you can't even tell the difference so my husband and daughter drink it to. Definitely recommend this brand.

This milk may have no lactose in it, but it still has a great taste. I only drink Lactaid and it is a great source of milk for lactose intolerant people. You can have it with cookies, use it with with cereal, and drink it with anything you want. If you like free reduced fat milk, you will LOVE this.

I love milk and its products very much, but when I drink regular milk, I have some problems in my stomach, so I decided not to drink milk again. I bought this milk and felt the difference and the joy that I would not have a problem with drinking milk again.

This is a great product for those with lactose intolerance or sensitivity! It is creamy and delicious. It is very similar to regular milk. The only difference is it is a little bit sweeter. It still contains all the calcium and vitamins of regular milk just without the lactose! It used to be so hard to find, but now it is much more available at the places I shop. They even have delicious ice cream, cottage cheese and sour cream too! I always make sure to carry the pills with me in my purse, but it is so convenient they have come out with these products for us! Hopefully they will continue to come out with even more for us to enjoy!
