My children & I are lactose intolerant, and we drink this or sweetend vanilla AlmondMilk, and cook with coconut milk. And we've noticed a dramatic difference between milk that has milk fat, and milk that's free of it. And let me tell you, how much happier my kiddos are when their tummies aren't upset just from eating or drinking something that's suppose to be good for you. Thank god for lactaide products or I would be s very sad person. I eat cereal a lot and add milk to my meals to give it a creamy consistency - being lactose intolerant can make it difficult. Both my partner and I are lactose intolerant so this never goes to waste here.

This note is really tasty. You really can’t tell the difference between this and regular milk I think for the price point it is great compared to other milks. it is slightly sweet so be careful on the sugar intake. I can’t have it with a sweet cereal because it makes it too sweet for me, but it’s really good for a glass of milk.

My favorite snack was always cookies & milk. Then I discovered I was lactose intolerant, BOO. THEN i discovered Lactaid, YAY !! None of my friends can tell the difference. I can't tell the difference. I'm back to my happy, milk & cookies snacking

I love milk and its products very much, but when I drink regular milk, I have some problems in my stomach, so I decided not to drink milk again. I bought this milk and felt the difference and the joy that I would not have a problem with drinking milk again.

Lactose intolerance? Here!!! Well, this is “lactose-free” milk but with the same taste as regular milk, and for that reason this is not going to give problems because is lactose-free. Ok I know everyone is free to say whatever they want, and I respect that, and in my opinion, I do not recommend this milk, I suffer a lot of problems when I was using it. Sorry guys.

My bf is lactose intolerant. We struggled to find the right 2% milk that tasted like regular pasteurized 2% milk. It was hard until we ran across this one. He loves it and doesn't have any problems like he did struggling to intake dairy which we use a ton of milk!

I can't have much of dairy in my life, it does not agree with my stomach most of the time. This milk has been my tried and true since I was a teenager, I'll keep going to it. Great for cereal, baking, drinking, adding to my coffee and more. A good product for the lactose intolerant.

Growing up I was lactose intolerant and this was a God send. It tastes just like “real” milk except maybe a little bit sweeter (which I actually like!). Even though I’ve grown out of being lactose intolerant, I still often purchase this since I feel like it’s just easier on my stomach and is tasty!

I really like Lactaid milk. I am not lactose intolerant but my family is. They have no problems when drinking this milk. Compared to regular milk, I find this milk a bit sweeter but I’m ok with that. It is a bit more expensive then regular milk as well.
