This is my go-to milk. To me, you can’t taste a difference in regular milk and Lactaid

I would buy this again. Tastes like regular milk and didn’t make my lactose intolerant aunt sick.

I don’t recommend this if you have a milk protein allergy. It still made my stomach upset.

This product is sweet. I cannot enjoy my salty meals with this type of milk due to the sweet taste.
