If you are Lactose intolerant, I would recommend trying this brand. It can be used just like regular milk like in cereal, coffee and cooking.

It has a great taste. This is my usual go to. I have converted my husband. I love this. I use it in cooking and for everyday eating.

When I had a stomach issue and couldn't tolerate dairy, this was a lifesaver, but the taste wasn't very good. Good for what it is

I'm not lactose intolerant but I do prefer to drink lactaid milk because to me it taste cleaner to me than other milks

I've used Lactaid 2% milk for years and no longer experience stomach cramps when using it. I use it for drinking as well as cooking.

The taste of this milk was good but it ended up making my stomach hurt worse than normal core milk does. Will not try again.

This is a great alternative for anyone who wants to stay away from lactose. I honestly cannot tell a difference between this and regular milk.
