This lactose free milk tastes like regular milk and the best part is that it doesn’t expire quickly. It is just milk. Not much to say. It’s lactose free and doesn’t hurt my stomach.

We buy this regularly now. Love it. Tastes good, maybe a little sweet but negligible. All the nutrition I expect. I like the pour spout, pours very easily. They need to start making half and half and heavy cream.

it has an interesting taste. i have other lactose free options that i prefer more, but i can’t deal with this if it is all that is available. it’s fine if it’s in baked goods but tastes off in cereal or other non cooked foods.

I have been an avid Lactaid user for over 20 years, since I was around 4 years old. While I can tolerate lactose, I find Lactaid to be a great substitute for cooking meals that use dairy, as well as for my morning coffee and breakfast cereal.
