Okay dairy milk without lactose. Expensive but lasts a long time. Had a variety of products without lactose as well

This milk is great if you're sensitive to lactose. It tastes just like regular milk and doesn't cause any stomach discomfort. I definitely recommend.

I tried other lactaid free milks but this is the only one my digestive system could handle . I have IBS with constipayion and this is great for me .

Lactaid makes it possible for me to have a cup of milk or a bowl of cereal. The taste is amazing. Honestly tastes like a regular ole cup of milk.
