As a child I could drink regular milk no problem. Nowadays a switch was necessary and lactaid milk is now my go to. It tastes so good with almost a slight sweetness to it! I can go through some of these gallons easy!

Love the reduced fat, I can use it on recipes without sacrificing good taste , feels natural easy digestion great with coffee oatmeal, wonderful with cereal 😋 or just a good tall glass of milk.

I have internal issues and now have to drink lactose-free milk and it usually doesn’t taste as good as regular milk to me. But this milk is really good and I can’t tell much of a difference, so I appreciate having a lactose free milk that doesn’t make me feel like I have to drink something that doesn’t taste very good.

I'm not bothered by lactose but I don't drink milk fast enough so regular milk would go bad before I finished the container. The lactose-free milk has a very long shelf life (a couple of months) because it lacks the sugar. I don't feel pressured to use it up quickly so I can buy it in bulk to get the lower price. I drink it straight or with chocolate syrup, and I cook with it.

Lactaid is a very good option for people who are lactose intolerant. The taste is very similar to regular milk, without any artificial or unusual flavor,which I really liked.It is easy to digest and does not cause stomach discomfort liked regular milk does for sensitive people

I absolutely love this milk from the day I tried it! The texture is smooth and just perfect! It works well for cereal, coffee, and much more like baking. Although it's a bit expensive than buying whole milk but it's so worth it for those who are lactose intolerant. It smells like regular milk. It fit perfectly in the fridge. Definitely recommended

Amazing. This might be the only milk my tummy can handle. no gassy, no embarrass moment, no angry tummy, no weird noise in the middle of a meeting. expiration date is around 1 and half month and it is more than enough for a person consume. very good size per can.

Finally, after all the searching for a lactose free product, I found the one! After realizing my upset stomach, bloating, and gassiness was caused by lactose, i began the search for an alternative. Tried Almond Milk, but it became too sugary and sweet for me. And Silk just doesn't cut it. Mom found this brand and with just one taste i knew this was it! This Lactaid tastes just like regular 2% milk! Never again will milk upset my stomach. Will definitely be sticking to this brand from now on! :)
