It is a good buy.

I have internal issues and now have to drink lactose-free milk and it usually doesn’t taste as good as regular milk to me. But this milk is really good and I can’t tell much of a difference, so I appreciate having a lactose free milk that doesn’t make me feel like I have to drink something that doesn’t taste very good.

I'm not bothered by lactose but I don't drink milk fast enough so regular milk would go bad before I finished the container. The lactose-free milk has a very long shelf life (a couple of months) because it lacks the sugar. I don't feel pressured to use it up quickly so I can buy it in bulk to get the lower price. I drink it straight or with chocolate syrup, and I cook with it.

I thought this would not have as much taste as whole milk but it does! What a pleasant surprise!
