Lactaid milk is a good substitute for regular vitamin milk. Lactaid is goof for people who are lactose Intolerate. It's easy on the stomach.

I love milk in my hot chocolate and this tastes exactly the same as normal milk just does not irritate your stomach at all.

Lactose intolerant do this really helps when I want to drink milk. I do know drink it often but when I do, this is what I buy.
