Tastes like milk. Can't complain. I usually by 2% so I can somewhat trick myself into thinking I'm being a teeny bit healthy.

My husband is lactose intolerant, and of all the brands that we tried, Lactaid was the brand that tasted the closest to actual milk.

You can slightly tell that this is unlike regular milk if you drink it alone but with cereal and other things it tastes just like milk

Lactaid is a good alternative for lactose intolerant. Doesn't have a lot of sugar! Good milk and good price also easy to find

I think this is a good milk to try out if you're transitioning from dairy milk over to plant based. It has the same taste closer to cow milk

Dairy really messes me up so this is great for my stomach and doesn't taste like almonds so that's better than silk good in cereal
