The Best

I've always loved milk and ice cream. Once I became lactose intolerant, I thought I'd never get to enjoy them again. Thanks to Lactaid products, I can. What I love most and always rave about is the fact that taste has never been compromised. I can enjoy that tall glass of milk or a bowl of chocolate ice cream and know that I won't be sorry for it later. Thank you thank you thank you!

Something New! Yay

I have used Lactaid since early 1990's as my son was intolerant right from start which came from my side. He grew up on it. I too am lactaid intolerant for many long years prior and tried immediately. Was the first nonlactic milk I could drink in years. Use it for everything I make with 'regular' milk. My son has tried the ice cream too and thinks it's great. I haven't yet, but his 'like' makes me want to try it. His tastes are very particular. Just wish they weren't so expensive, but best choice is Lactaid brands.

Won't Buy Again

I noticed a (I think) new instruction on my LACTAID 2% milk carton today: "Shake well before using", so I shook it after opening the little plastic pull-tab and re-closing the lid. I then commenced to re-open the lid and attempted to pick up the half-gallon sized carton to pour. A cascade of bubbles came pouring out of the opening. The compression of the carton by my fingers in the action of picking it up caused the mess on my counter and down the front of the carton. I took a paper towel and wiped up the bubbles of milk. This happened again and again. A total of three times before the bubbles had erupted enough to stop emerging. Never again!

change not good

I have been using lactaid 2% milk for a long tome with no problems. all of a sudden the product has undergone some changes. the addition of carageenan and guar gum are causing med to have G.I upsets. severs cramping and loose bowels and multiple movements ( 5 or 6 per day within a hour's time). there is precious little I can tolerate because of lactose intolerance. I can no longer use the product with the above ingredients added. I hope ypu will contimue to make the regular 2% milk without these products.

Great Product

I had stopped using any more milk than I had to for cooking because each time I used it my stomach became upset. I tried Lactaid 2% and I actually liked it better than regular milk. Now I use it for everything - cereal, baking, cooking, coffee, etc. It has a longer shelf life and I think it has a better flavor. And it doesn't upset my stomach.

Something's Different

I've been using Lactaid 1% milkfat for many years and love the taste and the freedom to drink milk without the intestinal cramping that I got from regular milk. However, lately that has not been the case. Something has changed and I just read by another reviewer that new ingredients have been added that can cause GI upset. Bingo! Why do people always try to fix something that isn't broken and many times just ruin the product. May need to start shopping for another brand. I would have recommended this product but would only do so now if they remove the questionable ingredients.

Yummy tasting

I just found out I'm lactose intolerant to milk. I was concerned about buying this product because I didn't have any feedback from my family and friends. But I tried it and the taste is great. It taste like milk but a tiny bit sweeter. Thanks Lactaid for making it taste good.

Even better than regular milk.

My whole family has made the switch to LACTAID reduced fat 2% milk. It has a longer shelf life and my family enjoys it with all their meals. They no longer complain of stomach pain, bloating or gas. My family will tell you that LACTAID milk is even better than regular milk.

Best Milk Ever!!!

I used to get sick drinking milk to the point I couldn’t tolerate it or consume it. Then LACTAID came along and I gave it a try. From that day I have never drank any other milk. No more upset stomach, unable to consume or watery mouth since I have began this journey. I highly recommend this product that could change your life for the better. Now this is what you call CLEAN MILK!!!!

Fresh and Delish!

LACTAID Reduced Fat 2% Milk is smooth and tastes rich, perfect for making puddings, white sauces or for coffee milk! People who don't know that it is lactose free would never know the difference, but I know the difference because regular milk makes me ill. Thank you for a great product. How about some lactose-free buttermilk, condensed milk, whipped "cream" topping? I'll be your first customer.
