I love the taste. Just like regular milk without the side effects of lactose!! I also loved the chocolate milk as well.

My love of milk has been restored with Lactaid. Without the discomforts of my lactose issues. I would recommend trying Lactaid.

Couldn’t taste the difference and was easier on my gut I believe especially in my kids who are lactose intolerant. Just way too expensive
