The taste and texture is very similar to regular milk. You don't end up missing out on too much. I would highly recommend this.

Taste like milk but no harmful side effects. I can eat cereal at bedtime and not have the bloating and unbloating side effects.

You don’t even really know that this isn’t the same as real 2% milk. It tastes just the same and it doesn’t make my stomach upset

The lactaid reduced milk is great; tastes just like regular milk but without the tummy-ache. Very good. Lasts longer than regular milk too.

I use this milk to mix with tea and it makes the most delicious milk tea ever! This gives it a nice consistency without that heavy milk feeling
