Great for my stomach doesn't get me bloated and and I don't have Tummy aches . I would get these when I was pregnant with my daughter. It's kind of expensive but I will recommend for someone that's lactose intolerant

So drink the lactose milk every day I put it in my coffee , cereal and even my coffee flavored brandy lol so good I have no problems with it and the good thing about this milk it lasts awhile.

My boyfriend is lactose intolerant and this is extremely effective for him. I have used it in mac and cheese and you cant taste any difference from regular milk. It is a bit pricey but since it works we do not mind the price.
