Me and my boyfriend just don't love drinking regular milk, I don't like how it makes my stomach feel after. This product is great for us, I use it in a cereal or in smoothies and it doesn't make me feel like regular milk does. I recommend!

I have been an avid Lactaid user for over 20 years, since I was around 4 years old. While I can tolerate lactose, I find Lactaid to be a great substitute for cooking meals that use dairy, as well as for my morning coffee and breakfast cereal.
