My family are lactose intolerant I highly recommend this lactose milk it's very light and very gentle on the tummy And it taste like normal milk we all love it

Lactaid reduce fat 2% milk is definitely a good one, especially if you suffer from any stomach problems or get bloated I think this milk is great because is light to consume i love to have this one with anything. I always try to have one at home
