I highly recommend this if you are lactose intolerant. You get all the flavor without the stomach troubles. I’ve substituted this I stead of regular whole milk and the family didn’t notice the difference. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this product. I’m lactose intolerant and therefore can’t consume regular milk. However lactaid milk acts exactly like milk and can be used for baking and cooking. I recommend this to anyone who has issues with lactose.
