My brother uses lactaid as he is lactose intolerant and says it has tastes good and is a really good replacement for regular milk. It keeps the nutritional value which I like the best.

Lactaid reduced fat 2% milk is absolutely delicious. I am lactose intolerant and this milk works great for me. The nutritional value is plenty. I highly recommend

I love love love milk but normal dairy kind always upsets my stomach (tmi whatever) but seriously thought. Lactaid tastes exactly the same but with out that ingredients that mess with your stomach! I love using it in my iced coffee!!

If you don't want to drink real milk lactaid is the perfect replacement. The taste is actually really good you can't even tell the difference. I drink a cup with some Oreos and it taste great

This is simply great. If you have a lactose intolerance this is the way to go, at first I was weary concerned about taste and quality, taste like regular milk I dare say it taste just like whole milk.

My whole household is lactose intolerant so we buy this kind of milk all the time it's soo good and it has a sort of sweetness to it ! So for shakes and cooking this is what we use and we all love it!
