I love lactaid! It is one of my favorites milk alternatives on the market. I wouldn’t use it in coffee, I prefer oat milk for that. Would definitely buy this healthy alternatives

I don’t drink milk often (I’m usually plant based) but when I have to this is my go to! I am lactose intolerant and this helps me enjoy milk without the horrible side effects!

Lactose really affects my stomach but I like to use milk in mac and cheese. This stuff is great, tastes like milk but without the stomach upset! Will buy again

this taste just like regular milk if you’re not like touching tolerant and every time I drink it I don’t feel bad. The price is a little bit more expensive than regular milk. The packaging is easy to use.

I like this to go with my Oreos. I generally don’t like to drink milk but it’s a must with Oreos. It’s really a great alternative for whole milk but your cookies will dissolve quickly so be aware

Lactaid Reduced Fat 2% Milk tastes just like regular milk! I couldn't believe it the first time I tried it! I am lactose-intolerant and haven't been able to drink regular milk for years. This is delicious! I really really love it

Gave this 4 stars instead of the 3 I’d give regular 2% because this is really inoffensive. I don’t taste a difference between this and regular 2%. More expensive that register though

Being lactose intolerant, I’m glad we have the lactaid brand. The milk taste exactly the same but easier on the stomach. If you have lactose intolerance issues, this is the milk for you. Their pills are great too!

I used to drink this when my doctors thought I might be lactose intolerant. Found out I’m not, but this milk I found tasted just as good as regular. I only use milk in cereal but it didn’t make anything taste bad.
