Being lactose intolerant, I’m glad we have the lactaid brand. The milk taste exactly the same but easier on the stomach. If you have lactose intolerance issues, this is the milk for you. Their pills are great too!

Without lactose, so it’s sweeter than normal milk. If you’re lactose intolerant then this is a great option without going to soy milk or other milk options.

This milk tastes great for being lactose free. I don’t always buy this kind but I have on occasion. I usually go for organic but this kind tastes good as well. The bonus is that it doesn’t give you an upset stomach!
