My mom is lactose intolerant and she swears by this brand. It has all the great benefits of milk without the effects of the lactose. The taste is amazing, the texture is just like normal milk. And for what you’re getting the price is amazing.

I still find that my stomach still gets a little upset. I don’t drink a ton of milk but when I do I try my best to it have so much. I use this milk as often as I can but doesn’t really seem to help 100%.

Very good milk! Lasts me more than regular milks! I love that it’s reduced and it’s not too thick so that makes it much better to drink!! Very good, recommend!!

I love lactaid. It is not to heavy and it great with cereal! If you are lactose intolerant this milk is definitely a great try! The price is also very affordable.

I don’t know— it’s the premium lactose free milk. If we ever need to drink milk of any kind it’ll be lactaid milk. It tastes the same + without the side effects of lactose.

Easy on the stomach. I have no problems digesting it. And I still get to enjoy milk without getting an upset stomach. That’s a plus in my book. Taste good also.
