Ever since I was like chosen tolerant we’ve useless milk and it’s been fine. I prefer to drink almond milk but if we have to drink milk it would be less milk

I like the flavor, and it doesn’t give me the issues regular milk does! I love that it has a much longer shelf life, because we don’t go through milk like that in this house!

My son is lactose intolerant so we needed a substitute for milk this was a great choice. The taste is pretty close to traditional milk and my son can drink as much as he wants with no issues.

Lactaid is the only milk product that is lactose free that does not upset my stomach. One of my favorite snacks is eating a bowl of cereal, with Lactaid I can enjoy that again.

I add Lactaid to my coffee every morning! This with lactose sensitivity who still want a little milk in their diet will benefit from Lactaid! It tastes great and because it is lactose-free, it has a great shelf life.

Taste just like regular milk very good for lactose intolerant people. The price is just about the same as regular milk and the texture is also just a tad bit thicker but not much difference. It is very healthy as well.

I like this to go with my Oreos. I generally don’t like to drink milk but it’s a must with Oreos. It’s really a great alternative for whole milk but your cookies will dissolve quickly so be aware

Best milk I've ever had. After months of struggling to find a lactose free milk I came across this milk one day and it was a game changer. Finally I am able to enjoy a bowl of cereal or just a glass of milk.
