I am lactose intolerant and when I drink this Lactaid milk or put it in my cereal I get no digestive issues. I highly recommend this for LI people that want to include real milk in their diet with out the Digestive issues

I’ve been drinking this so long that I prefer it over real milk now. I use either 1% or 2%. It definitely has a slightly different taste than regular milk but in my opinion it’s actually better. It also lasts longer than regular milk.

We have a lactose intolerant in the family and we all only ever drink lactose free milk and honestly I love it. It’s doesn’t taste so different. If anything just a little sweeter which I don’t mind.

Lactaid milk is the only milk that I consume. It always tastes good and fresh. It doesn't hurt my stomach like regular milk does. And it doesn't spoil as quickly as regular milk.

My favorite lactose free milk. More expensive than regular milk. Tastes good and doesn’t upset my stomach. I prefer the 1% fat but taste changes a bit based off % of fat in the milk.

i didn’t notice i was drinking lactaid. it tastes the exact same as other milks. we originally got this for my sister who’s lactose sensitive and this didn’t make her stomach hurt at all.

Best milk for those who are lactose sensitive. Milk taste great and doesn't upset my stomach. Milk also makes for a great use in cappuccino. Highly recommend

I absolutely love this product. I’m lactose intolerant and therefore can’t consume regular milk. However lactaid milk acts exactly like milk and can be used for baking and cooking. I recommend this to anyone who has issues with lactose.

I have been avoiding milk for years which makes eating breakfast difficult (no cereal). Lactaid allowed me to drink milk again! I recently moved to Texas and find it harder to find though.
