I’m lactose intolerant, I use this milk when cooking of when I like a glass of chocolate milk after a workout or milk with my Oreos. This doesn’t hurt me when consuming it and has zero bad effects of the food I use it to cook or bake with.

One of my fave milks on the market. The taste is good, not too sure how to describe it but it’s not too thick or watery it’s the right consistency for a milk imo.

This is the only milk I can drink because I am highly lactose intolerant. It tastes great, keeps for a very long time and not too expensive compared to regular milk. It’s sold pretty much everywhere so it’s easy to find!

Drink this on the regular. Every other milk gives me a stomach ache and this doesn’t. I don’t know if I’m lactose intolerance but this doesn’t make my stomach upset at all🤪

When we first started dating i used to drink regular milk. I was very skeptical about Lactaid 2% until i tried it. It’s been 7 years and is our brand to go to. She’s lactose intolerant and I’m not but since this is the milk!!! The one!

Lacyaid is one of those brands put there that knows when a product that is need and they make it so the rest of us with weak stomachs can have milk. I love this with my cereal on the daily and reccomend to anyone who is lactose intolerant!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the only ki d of milk I will drink because I am lactose intolerance. If I try to drink any other kind of milk I'll have stomach issues and have gas.

Creamy and good, doesn’t spoil quickly. I’ve used it to make yogurt and it turns out really good! Prefer this to other brands because the flavor is nice

Lactaid has a great taste just like reg milk. What I like about packaging is that it stands out. By far my favorite lactose free milk and will stick with this brand
