Very similar text and texture of regular milk, can’t really tell the difference, except for how you feel after drinking yet, which is better than regular milk.

This is a staple milk in my household. I’m the only one lactose intolerant, but we only buy this brand for the whole family because it tastes just like regular milk. Seriously the best!

I grew up on 1 or 2% milk so the red whole milk version is like too creamy for me. Tastes great and I have it with my coffee or cereal everyday! It’d a bit on the pricier side compared to regular milk prices.

Just like the vanilla silk milk. Lactaid also tastes amazing! Very good in smoothies. Tastes just like “normal” milk. Cow milk. Would definitely recommend.

My go-to milk. I rarely drink whole milk. The milk is lighter than what whole milk tastes like but it's not too light like you are drinking water. You still get the milk taste.

I kept dealing with tummy problems after milk. I absolutely couldn’t stand eating cereal with oat or almond milk. It taste the same a milk! Little sweeter but not bad at all.

Tastes like regular milk, without the upset stomach that sometimes follows. Texture isn’t any different- it is the same as regular milk. I prefer the low fat, but the full fat option is good also.

I add Lactaid to my coffee every morning! This with lactose sensitivity who still want a little milk in their diet will benefit from Lactaid! It tastes great and because it is lactose-free, it has a great shelf life.
