I am a side and stomach sleeper, this mattress conforms to all your contours without heating you up. The price and quality is excellent. With all the talk of smells and not laying flat at first, I made arrangements to stay at my daughters, no need it never smelled and immediately laid flat......did I mention I love my new bed. My son and daughter in law, my daughter and son in law are also buying now!

Purchasing this mattress was a leap in faith. I'd never seen it nor even sat on it. I did a lot of research on various types of mattresses, and the satisfaction stats indicated I should switch from my inner springs to a memory foam. Some general reviews said these mattresses tended to hold heat, so when I saw that the Sam's Club memory foam had gel to keep the mattress cool, I opted for it. I'm very happy with it. My husband thinks the sides are too soft; he feels like he's going to roll off the side of the bed. He's a big man, so that may account for his sensation. I don't feel that way. On the inner spring mattress, I was waking up a few times a night with pains in my hips. That hasn't happened with this memory foam. My old queen-size sheets fit on it fine. I'm using the box spring from my old mattress under this one, and it's working fine. The delivery was fast. The price was hundreds of dollars lower than a comparable mattress in a department store or specialty mattress store. We aired out the new mattress on our patio for one day, and that solved the odor problem. All in all, I'm very pleased with this purchase.

This mattress sleeps much better that the Serta memory foam we returned a week or so ago. That Serta memory foam was rock hard to sleep on. This is just soft enough but firm enough to enjoy it anytime even for a quick nap. This what I bought a memory foam mattress for. I think the gel infused makes the difference in the comfort level. I especially like that my wife can get up and the bed does not move at all and vice versa.

Bought this after much research . Wife gets hot when sleeps and not sure we both would like. Looked at leading foam mattress store and spent about hour there considering to buy a $ 4000 set. Came home did some on line looking and thought would buy this because of what I read on line. It didn't smell and is not hot to sleep on. Let sit on floor for 24 hours after unboxing and put on box springs of serta beauty rest, that was 5 years old and shot. works great on that base even though bought the set from night therapy, that has bed frame, and head board att. I wasn't sure if the old frame would work . Will keep night therapy frame, still boxed up for later if ever needed. Will never go back to a spring mattress no matter what brand and wish I had bought this years ago. Shipping was no problem and recieved in about five days. Haven't used any other foam mattersses but buy the same one tomorrow if needed. I don't think you could find a better product for the money any place. That is just my honest 2 cents for whats it's worth.

I've had this mattress for a couple weeks now, so I thoght it's time to review it. My wife and I looked at Serta memory foam matresses that were about $2500., and I just couldn't spend that much without knowing I would like it. So we opted to try this mattress from Sam's. So far we are happy with it. Our old mattress was sagging in the middle, and we had a 2" foam topper on it. At first this new mattress seemed a little firm compared to our old one. But after a few days we've adjusted to it. We tried putting the foam topper on it but that seemed to soft. If this mattress lasts without sagging in the middle, we will be happy with it. So far so good.

We have a pillowtop mattress that we bought 4 years ago. After just one year we woke up everyday stiff and sore from it. We paid $1400 for a kingsize mattress. After complaining to the company where we bought it, we were told they would have to send someone out to examine it and determine if there was 1 1/2" difference where the mattress was broken down and we would be charged for to call. If it was determined there was a problem, they would only give us a small portion of our money back to purchase a new one. I decided to look elsewhere as I did not want to deal with this company anymore. I researched many different options and decided on this mattress. I am so glad. Neither my husband nor myself wake up with any pain in our backs or hips anymore. We have only had it for a month, but we love it. I only hope it holds up. Time will tell.

The mattress is very comfortable, but we wake up HOT and SWEATY MULTIPLE TIMES during the night! We hear this is a characteristic of All memory foam mattresses! We made the change to this mattress from an almost 30 year period of sleeping on a full wave / motion waterbed. We felt we did thorough research of all the different versions of memory foam on the market. And we chose this mattress due to its price and all the POSITIVE Feedback we read online. Now we do agree we get better quality of sleep, BUT like I mentioned above, we wake up HOT and SWEATY Multiple Times during the night. Even though there is a GEL COOLING layer built in the mattress. All I can say is do your research and go out and lay on or try out as many mattresses as you can before buying. Good Luck! and Good Sleeping!!!

I'm 6'4", 320 and built like a gorilla. For years we've slept on an inner-spring mattress with a 4" mattress topper. The springs would fight against my hips. So I'd wake up stiff and achy. No good. So, out of sheer necessity I started looking for an answer and feel like I found one with this thing. We ordered the king and it arrived one day ahead of scheduled delivery. The box is large and 123 lbs. Get a hand-truck and a tub of butter to help you shoe-horn this box through the door. Then, do what I did...while still in the plastic bag, place it on your bed first. Because once you open the plastic bag it immediately starts to expand and quickly becomes what you just paid for. We let it expand a full 4 hours before laying on it. It is a smooth, complete 13" inches just as advertised. The mild / moderate chemical smell went away after a day or so. Not a big deal for me. After a day or so of expansion it is a true, thick king-sized mattress. We slept on this thing the first night. Over the next day or so it continued to suck in air. You'll sink in a couple of inches and the memory foam will support you just fine. I'm a side sleeper and have had no trouble with that. Back sleepers will be okay since the foam will fill in the small of your back providing support. The memory foam gives plenty of good support without fighting back like springs can. It stays cool. I was concerned that the material would heat up and make me hot but it doesn't. The mattress stays cool and really does not absorb body heat. I say this mattress is as advertised. If I had something to gripe about I would, but I don't. Good deal for the money. Have recommended this to a friend already.

I have spent thousands, and thousands of dollars on mattresses in the past 15 years, yet, this is the very first time we do not have lower back pain, ever!! Purchasing this $492 mattress is the best purchase we have ever made!!. All I can say is that I can not imagine anyone not LOVING this mattress! I have seen the reviews where folks complain about firmness, and smell. There is a very easy fix for that. When you unpack the mattress, walk all over it for 10 minutes. This will open up all the cells, and release the smell of the latex. We unpacked this mattress, walked all over it for 10 minutes, let it sit overnight, and slept on it the next day. Neither my wife or myself can even detect the smell of latex, and the mattress did open up to it's full 13". The last few days have been the best nights sleep each of us have ever had, for as long as we can remember. No sweating at all, actually may be better than a normal mattress! Don't consider the complaints about being too hot, the gel takes care of that in entirety. But this mattress, you will be very happy!!

The mattress is soft and comfortable, but is too soft for me. You sink into the mattress which makes it very confining to me. I'm 160 pounds. Not easy to roll from side to side. It made me feel like I was in a straight jacket. Not easy to sit up from lying position. To get out of bed, it was easier to roll to the side and get out. This mattress got a lot of good reviews but these reviewers must really like really soft mattresses. Not all foam mattresses are the same. I returned this one (major pain) and got a 12" thick Serta which is a lot firmer but still contours to your body just enough.
