My wife and I were worried about getting a mattress that we never seen or touched, but after reading the reviews we decided on this one. We received it the same day as the estimated date. We opened the mattress and let it air out for a few days. The smell was not as bad as some say, but it is still noticeable when you first get in. As far as the firmness, it feels really soft compared to other memory foam mattresses, but it is firm enough to give you support. I don't sink in it as some other people complain about, and I weigh 180 lbs. It does sleep hotter than a regular mattress but after a few nights, you get used to it. Overall, we are satisfied with our choice and would recommend this product to others. Sleeps comfortable.

This is a terrific mattress for non pressure point comfort. We slept on it the first night after maybe 4-5 hours of airing under ceiling fan. No problem with smell, it's really more of an aroma and vanishes completely in a few days. The comfort of this mattress is exceptional. While it's true that the very edge is soft, unless you sleep clinging to the edge you'll only notice if you are sitting on the edge. We both sleep on our sides a lot and the contour and lack of pressure points is very comfortable. This purchase replaced a 5year old memory foam Serta that cost 4 times as much with the box spring that we now use under the Night Therapy. We also purchased an 8" full for our RV and are happy with it as well.

I bought this mattress March 30-2017, I really wanted to love this bed, but that has not happened. I have given it over 4 months, but I need a cooler bed that works...My husband was okay with it, although he thought it was not firm enough. I thought it was too firm. It has softened up some though, we are both tall, and 140 and 180 so weight is not our problem. The main problem for me is that the mattress which is said to have cool gel, is a hot sleep. Therefore I can not stay in one place on my back so I sleep from side to side, but the problem with that is it is too firm for sleeping on my side and it is painful, so I toss and turn for a couple hours trying to go to sleep, then wake up throughout the night, my shoulders have had problems now and I have a chiropractor adjust my them...I can not do this anymore, I need a good nights sleep...Calling Sams today and going to exchange it for their LulaaBED 12" Coral Plush King Gel Memory Foam Mattress. I hope it is better. I will be paying over 300.00 more for it, but if it works it is worth it.

Purchased this as a Christmas present for a growing 16 year old and he says he's in heaven, now. No more leg or back pain, sleeps like a rock and he doesn't want to get up in the morning for school (which may have already been an issue). He's very happy and so am I.

Now the mattress I had was beat. But even if I went from any new regular mattress to this,I'd still brag on the comfort. I'm so very happy with the whole process. Here's a tip, the fitted sheets are a bit costly for this size deep pocket, but.......I just bought the next size up from what I needed and it worked great.

Ever since we have received this mattress we have NEVER had a more restful AND comfortable nights sleep. The mattress just surrounds and conforms to your body like a glove. It is like the mattress was made to your specific body type, size and problem areas! And the most wonderful thing is that it does it individually. My husband also has noted a GREAT improvement in restful sleep...It is hard to get up some mornings. My 4 year old granddaughter told me after a nap one day: "Grammie...it was like sleeping on a cloud!" Out of the mouth of babes...what more can you say! This would be the best purchase you could EVER make in your life!!!

I've only had this bed for a few days, but so far I love it! I wasn't sure how I would feel about what I would call a "soft" mattress. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance. I am a side sleeper and thought that my knees and shoulders would sink into the bed too much. Not the case. It molds nicely and I'm not tossing and turning trying to relieve pressure points anymore. I find it comfortable on back and stomach too. I would highly recommend this. Only downside is it does have a strong smell. If you can open it and let it air, the smell dissipates quite a bit in 2 days. Also, be careful when you open the box. There is only a plastic wrapper covering the mattress. It could easily be torn with a knife!

Love love love this mattress. It's like sleeping on a cloud. I will be purchasing more for my daughters bed. I bought the frame to go with it. The frame was not delivered until a few days after the mattress (even though the status of the delivery said DELIVERED for all items). Frame was very easy to set up. Seems very sturdy. Mattress comes vacuumed packed and rolled up in a box. Make sure you have your mattress on top of frame before you open any plastic wrapping. I did not and it took a little longer to flip a king size mattress over on the frame by myself.

As the title states, I have owned a queen size tempurpedic but have been searching for months to upgrade to a king size mattress. I cringe at the prices of some of the name-brand memory foam mattresses and came across this mattress at Sams. I decided to order after much researching and after reading all the glowing reviews. Have been sleeping on this for about a week and so far so good. I feel like the mattress cradles my body but has a firm foam base for support. I will re-review this product after a year to see how it's holding up.

Haven't slept better. This bed is awesome, after moving we slept on our son's memory foam mattress for a few months while living in a temporary housing waiting to close on our next house. Slept great, but this one is light years ahead of that one. Awesome bed, highly recommend it and can't beat the price.
