I bought this mattress after doing a lot of research and it is well worth every penny. I have it on a basic frame from Ikea ($50) basic slats($30) and its like speeping on a cloud every night. As a Side sleeper I had an issue with my arm falling asleep, not with this mattress. I would recomend this mattess to anyone regardless of your sleeping position. I sleep soundly every night now no issues. Had no issues with smell as even the manufacure mentioned.

We started with our Night Therapy 13" MyGel Prestige King mattress Feb 2014. It is now November 2014 and we have returned it to Sam's. Thank goodness for Sam's excellent return policy!! I am 225 lbs and a back sleeper and she is 135 lbs and a side sleeper. The first 3 months of bed use was pleasant. But as time wore on, the indentions for both of us increased to the point we were encased in a hammock shape with a puffy ridge between us. Whether 135 lbs or 225 lbs, this mattress sags over time and stops supporting as it did in the first 90 days. That's what you need to be aware of. And that causes a total loss of the initial pleasant feelings about this mattress. Hope that helps.

We bought queen size. This mattress is too soft even it says firm. It is good firm support, if you sleep in middle of the mattress alone, but two people each side of this, you feels no support toward to edges. So if you really looking for good firm mattress, don't buy this.

Ordered this based on reviews only....was pleasantly surprised. Awesome mattress so far. I've had it 3 weeks now. I wasn't sure how it would be because it came shipped like a sleeping bag, but once I got it out of the packaging and let it "breathe" then it came to life. Smell isn't bad, first few days just leave it lay there and air out and it's fine. I'd definitely recommend this mattress.

This mattress is too soft for us. When you sit on edge of bed it sink down real bad. And I only 125 lb. when we sleep on that first night . I feel my head sink down more than my body. I wake up with neck and shoulder pain in the morning and my husband got back pain too. So we think maybe it need the time for our body to adjust to new mattress. We try two more night still wake up with same problem. So I will return it.

I've had memory foam mattesses before and was skeptical of buying one on-line. Unfortunately, it turned out I was right. The purchasing process was smooth and mattress arrived on my front porch when expected. The problem began as my wife and I took it out of the packaging, it seemed crushed. This mattress had what appeared to be a 1-2.5" valley at the fold. What was worse; it sloped from the head of the mattress to the foot. (Raised at the head, flat at the foot#. We took a tennis ball and placed it at the top and it rolled off the end. #This was after the mattress was laid out on a level platform! The directions said to give the mattress 48 hours to "recover" and form its shape. After nearly a week, it didn't. I'm not an expert, but I have my doubts it ever will. And by the way. The smell everyone writes about is not all that horrible and as far as I can tell disapates within a couple of days. We returned the mattress to our local store with no problems on that end, but going through this hassle, was, well... a hassle. I gave this review 2 stars because Sam's Club at least made good on their guarantee of satisfaction. So bottom line. Beware buying mattresses in a box. It seems like a good idea, but like a fast-food hamburger... the end product never looks as good as the picture.

I initially wavered a bit about purchasing this mattress and all the while my husband and I were dealing with our 16 yo Queen pillow top mattress. Waking up with body aches, stiffness isn't a pretty thing when both of us are still not as old as we felt upon rolling out of bed until we could sit up. Not because of the mattress but rather how the mattress made us feel every morning. He told me just to order it and we'll see where it takes us. The MyGel Prestige has been a wonderful mattress. Both of us sleep more soundly; thrash less, don't feel each other turning over; and wake up feeling like we got a good night's sleep. No more rolling out of bed. The minute my feet hit the floor, I'm not struggling to wake up my lower back so I can walk. My husband and I haven't had any problems in the month that we've owned it, and we are surprised by the fact that we love it without having first tried or tested it. It really is a perfect fit. Regarding the packaging odor: Not too strong after unpacking. We kept a fan in the room to circulate the air. The first night was not bad. Got better over the course of 2 to 3 days until we didn't even notice that we couldn't smell it anymore. At the end of the day, if you are extremely sensitive to odors, then you might consider letting it air long enough to allow odor to dissipate before you sleep on it. It will be worth the wait instead of saying you don't like it because of the smell. The smell is gone baby and I'm digging my new bed! I would recommend the bed (I have already), and I would buy another of this type/brand without hesitation. If you are thinking about it, don't. Just DO IT. Worse case scenario... you return it. Best case scenario... you'll feel like you've gone to heaven for the night. ;)

I have never slept through the night because of hip and back pain due to the beds I slept on. Before this purchase I have been sleeping on a bed that I had spent close to $2000 on and had to flip and turn the bed every week before my back and hip would begin to hurt again. The Night Therapy bed is soft yet supportive and I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in 20 years. I can't sleep when I am hot and was worried about the possibility of the memory foam being to warm for me to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was perfect for me because of the cooling gel. I love the fact that there are no springs as well because I have felt many times my discomfort was due to the beds springs. I can recommend this bed if you have trouble with hip or back pain. I hope you find the bed that is right for you.

Bought this after much research . Wife gets hot when sleeps and not sure we both would like. Looked at leading foam mattress store and spent about hour there considering to buy a $ 4000 set. Came home did some on line looking and thought would buy this because of what I read on line. It didn't smell and is not hot to sleep on. Let sit on floor for 24 hours after unboxing and put on box springs of serta beauty rest, that was 5 years old and shot. works great on that base even though bought the set from night therapy, that has bed frame, and head board att. I wasn't sure if the old frame would work . Will keep night therapy frame, still boxed up for later if ever needed. Will never go back to a spring mattress no matter what brand and wish I had bought this years ago. Shipping was no problem and recieved in about five days. Haven't used any other foam mattersses but buy the same one tomorrow if needed. I don't think you could find a better product for the money any place. That is just my honest 2 cents for whats it's worth.

We have only had this mattress two weeks now but I love it. It is def. firm enough but not too much. Its not hot at all. We bought a regular spring mattress less than six months ago and it started to sag. I know I am slightly overweight at 140 lbs but I wouldnt think I would make that much of an indention. We returned our old mattress and got this foam one and so far we love it. I also cant tell when my husband is getting out of bed which I always could before. It was very heavy and awkard to get upstairs but once we got it we were all good! Hoping in six months or a year this one doesnt sag as well!!! So far so good. And with Sam's club return policy we will keep trying till we get it right!!!!
