We had considered purchasing this mattress for nearly a year, but was terrified to buy a mattress we had never been able to try out. Well after reviewing the return policy, I decided to go ahead. Well we are so glad we did. The first few nights took some getting use to. We went from having a traditional mattress to the memory foam and I think an adjustment period is standard. It wasn't that it was not a good night sleep, just different. Per other reviews, the box it comes delivered in does look like it has been through a war zone, but the mattress is completely fine. Don't let this worry you! Also, one other review said this mattress was very hot and they felt like they were on fire? Well we have not had this experience at all!!! My husband normally has a problem with night sweats or just simply getting very overheated when he sleeps and he thinks it has actually been better since we got this bed. I wouldn't let that sway your decision.

I have never slept through the night because of hip and back pain due to the beds I slept on. Before this purchase I have been sleeping on a bed that I had spent close to $2000 on and had to flip and turn the bed every week before my back and hip would begin to hurt again. The Night Therapy bed is soft yet supportive and I have been sleeping through the night for the first time in 20 years. I can't sleep when I am hot and was worried about the possibility of the memory foam being to warm for me to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised that the temperature was perfect for me because of the cooling gel. I love the fact that there are no springs as well because I have felt many times my discomfort was due to the beds springs. I can recommend this bed if you have trouble with hip or back pain. I hope you find the bed that is right for you.

We had to return this mattress, it was way TOO SOFT. Just sitting on the side of the mattress you sink almost to the bottom of it. NO support at all. After sleeping on the mattress for 2 months I was waking up with extreme pain in my back, hips, knees and ankles. I felt as if I was 30 yrs older than I am! My husband was having severe back pain also. We exchanged it out for a Serta Firm Mattress and after just one night the back, hip & ankle pains are gone! If soft is what you are looking for this is a great mattress. If you need any kind of support look elsewhere! Mattress was also EXTREMELY HEAVY. Very difficult to move. We didn't experience any problems with smells that other reviewers mentioned.

Our 94-year-old mother suddenly decided she needed a new mattress because she was waking up with back aches, so I went online to do a little research. After reading the great reviews for this mattress, and knowing we could return it to our local Sam's Club if she didn't like it, I placed the order. It arrived in just a few days, my brother unpacked it and placed it on her old box spring and let it air out for the day. That evening, I made up the bed for her and she slept on it. I checked in with Mom a couple of days later to see how she was liking it, and she said she sleeps so soundly she doesn't even turn over! The mattress feels soft when you sit on it, but it provides great support. She is very happy with the purchase, and so are we.

We were in need if a new mattress and my husband and I were debating if we would buy a regular spring mattress or a memory foam one. We looked around and decided to go with memory foam. We looked some more to decide where to buy it and how much we were going to spend. We decided to go to Sam's. This has been the best decision. The best price and the best quality. Shipping was fast. Order was placed on the website on a Thursday and we received the mattress the next week on Tuesday. That night we unrolled it and it took just a few minutes to rise to the original shape. No smell at all. We have a 6 month old baby and I was a little worried about the smell that everyone was talking about, there was none. This mattress is just perfect. Not too soft or too firm. It contours your body amazingly well and relieves any pressure points on your back, legs, hips. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore. Neither do my feet. I'm a runner and sometimes I couldnt walk first thing after getting out of bed due to the pain on the bottom of my feet. My husband had a little trouble getting used to the bed but it took about a week. He said he felt like he was sinking but now he loves it. And wakes up feeling refreshed. The only complaint i have is that i wake up sweating sometimes feeling really warm in the bed. But my body temp is always higher. My husband says I am a human heater. Other than that I love this mattress and our new bed. I wish we would have made this purchase before. It is so worth it. The best $600 even spent. I am planning on buying another mattress like this one, maybe a smaller size, to start getting a guest bedroom built. So if you are debating about getting a new mattress, dont wait. Do it. And make sure you dont spend thousands of dollars. It is the best quality and price out there.

My wife and I previously had a major manufacturers dual zone air bed. We thought we would try something different and ordered this mattress. It was delivered promptly with no issues. I followed the unpacking directions and left it unused for two days for the initial foam smell to go away. Dressed and used it after that and was totally surprised at its comfort. No saggyness and contours to your body very well. We did not notice any problems with it feeling to warm in the summertime. For the price a remarkable mattress.

I weigh 240 pounds and have had this Mattress for 2 months now and am still in love with it...Delivery was great , once it came out of the box it was ready to go in less than 15 minutes and there was no smell that i have seen posted on here, its firm but not to hard and definitely cool. I am going to give this matress another 6 months and if its as good as it is today i will purchase a queen size for the spare bedroom....

Bought the bed based on the reviews here. I had read so many reviews on high-priced big brand name mattresses, both good and bad, that I did not want to risk a lot of money on a foam mattress that I wouldn't be able to return. Some stores require you to exchange their mattress (probably only option is a more expensive one) and some stores here in Denver had no return or exchange policy. With Sam's return policy, I felt there was no risk. Good decision. I got a high quality mattress and an excellent price and I could have returned it if I didn't like it. Fortunately I really like it. It is firm but the top feels cushy when you lay on it. I was really suprised that it feels so firm but I fall asleep faster and no longer do I toss and turn all night. I find sometimes when I wake up that I am in the same position I went to sleep in. Mattress has a nice covering and I am pleased with the quality. Got the box springs at Sam's too, so convenient that they're in stock and you can get it when you want. Bed was delivered to my house, I'm an older lady and got it in the door myself and had a friend help me get it upstairs. Good buy! Saved me a lot of money over beds I was looking at in the stores!

I have been using this mattress for the past 2 weeks now, and just love the comfort and cooling gel effect, however, there is one downside (no pun intended) if you are sleeping on the edge of the bed (especially when my 5-year old wakes up in the night and comes over) the memory foam creates a slope at the edge, and if you are not too careful, you may just fall off! I guess that's the problem with any memory foam bed. Other than this, bed is excellent

It was a long normal day. The (this) mattress was delivered on time yesterday and I took it out of the packaging as was in directions and let it air for the aternoon. I put the clean sheets on at 9pm showered and went to bed. The bed aired itself in that time and was pretty much oder free. I did not sleep at all. My wife tossed and turned and did not sleep very well either she said. I do not know why. Too soft? If you are sleeping with anyone else you need to keep toward the middle because the edges are soft and you could fall off.
