These chairs are incredibly strong. I'm a big (heavy) guy, and my girlfriend had four dainty and delicate chairs at her dining room table that I was always afraid I would break. How embarrassing would THAT be? So one day I bought one of these chairs and brought it over to her house to use while I was there. I'm not sure how much weight these will hold, but they are built SOLID and I'm no where near whatever the weight limit for them is. Anyway, my girlfriend liked them so much that she replaced all her delicate chairs with them and gave the old ones to her tiny little nieces to use. Lifetime chairs are the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these chairs at a variety of places over the years (schools, churches, libraries, etc.). They are comfortable, strong, and durable. It would be nice if they had some padding on the seats if you have to sit for a long time. However, I have never had any problems with them and would recommend them to any person, family or organization that wants high quality chairs!

This product appeared to be quite durable. Very comfortable even for the heavier adult. The design did not take away from the elegance of the room and table arrangements. Considered draping the chairs with fabric but they were adequate without. Would recommend this product to others.

My church has a number of these chairs which we use on a regular basis both inside and out. However recently we have lost a few of the plastic feet, so I called in regarding obtain replacement feet. The lady that helped me was awesome and promptly sent me a dozen replacements at no cost. I received them in a couple of days and they work just fine. I was extremely pleased with the ease of contacting the right department, the fact that a real person answered the phone immediately and fulfilled my request within minutes. Again - great product and great service. Thank you!

We tried out four different models--tried them all at home and decided on the Lifetime model 2803. We returned the others and bought more 2803's because it was remarkably comfortable, felt sturdy, and looked nice. When we were paying for them I asked what the weight rating was. The cashier said 500 lbs. WOW! The cheap-o chairs manufactured in you-know-where were only 275 and 300 lbs rating. I'm so pleased to have an outstanding product made in America that I'm leaving the stickers on ours so our friends can see them. And the price was only a little more than the made-in-you-know-where look-alikes. Remember, "the bitterness of poor quality is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten". Can I give these six or seven stars? (January 2016)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a set of these 10 years ago and they still work and function flawlessly. They have not gotten “loose” or “rickety” over time. They are comfortable to sit in and light weight to move around. I love these chairs.

Our community organization purchased 60 each Classic folding chairs (item #42803) and 10 each 8-ft commercial banquet tables (item #42984) in April 2014. The tables & chairs have provided excellent service for 9 years and show very little wear. The non-padded chairs are surprisingly comfortable. I have collected 20-25 Lifetime chairs over the last 10 years. Some of the footing has come off & made some of them dangerous on wood floors, not only to people but the floors. I called hoping to find replacements & was lucky enough to talk to Heidi. She took the product ID & asked how many i needed. I said 6 of each, front & back, she took my info & said they will be there in 7-14 days. NO CHARGE. I ask about payment & she said that's why we are LIFETIME. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these chairs. Easy to fold, lightweight and holds all sizes of people comfortably and securely. Have had other chairs bow or bend with more weight, these do not. They don't fold up if kids are leaning back.
