The customer service was truly beyond what we’ve come to accept from the corporate world. Ian was responding to my email requests as quickly as humanly possible and shipped my parts as soon as I had emailed him with the information he requested in the email. I could not be more pleased. I bought the lifetime table and 8 folding chairs many years ago. They have served me flawlessly and probably will till I am gone from this earth. Recently my daughter borrowed them for a outdoor party and when she returned them one of the chairs was missing the end cap on the leg. All I did was request if I could purchase a spare and the customer service rep went out of their way to send me free replacements. How can I tell you how grateful I am that I purchased this quality product and have people who will stand behind it with impeccable service.

Quality chairs for both indoor and outdoors! Comfortable chairs! Have used Lifetime chairs for 20 plus years and still use the same chairs! They store well and are easy to clean! Also lifetime chairs have a great warranty! And great costumer service!

We have a lot of neighborhood kids come by for pizza nights and we really needed additional seating around the table and not in the family room ;) These are perfect for them and adults. The chairs are comfortable because of the curve in the seat and are solid/sturdy. Sam's had a sale on them and I paid about $96 (with tax). Very pleased.

We have about 250 Lifetime chairs in our church gym. A handful had lost the feet caps that protect the floor. I opened a chat with a Lifetime representative and he was so kind and efficient. We quickly decided on an amount and they shipped them to me, free of charge! Great company to work with and awesome warranty.

We love our Lifetime folding chairs because they are extremely comfortable, not to mention easy to clean. Our guests are able to sit in these chairs for hours. They are well suited for all sized adults and also for children. We needed replacement part for two of our chairs which we had purchased years ago. These chairs are nice! Very well made! They will be around for a lifetime! I purchased the color Putty on Gray for a barn wedding and they are perfect in every way. The color of the seat and back is a light tan color, which works so much better for my themed wedding than white or almond.
